The present invention relates to a traffic management command platform system based on the one-host and three-screen technology. The system comprises a core switch, a GIS (geographic information system) and communication server group, an application server group, a database server, a storage switch, a database-specific storage module, and a file storage module. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the complexity of the one-host and multi-screen information interconnection and interworking technology, and the influence of the information interconnection and interworking technology on the traffic command operation mode are studied. Meanwhile, the technical scheme of the invention is practically applied to a traffic command control platform based on the one-host and three-screen technology. The traffic command control platform is applied to three networks including a police intranet, an intelligent equipment private network and an internet, so that the purposes of resource integration, interconnection, interworking, information sharing and comprehensive application are realized. Based on the platform, the traffic dynamic monitoring is visible and the traffic control scheduling is refined. Meanwhile, the real-time traffic information is distributed. Traffic command decisions are accurate and the traffic service management is efficient. A modern road traffic management and service system, which is advanced, practical, fast in reaction and coordinative in operation, is established.
