This invention relates to sea bottom tube creep intelligent controller in intelligent control field, which comprises PC104 bus CPU module, PC104 bus DC/DC power module, PC104 bus CAN communication module, portable inertia guide system, inclination sensor, CF card memory and wireless network module orderly connected, wherein, the PC104 bus communication module is the data process center of intelligent controller to get creep machine position information through testing and computing and to compare the information and management information file load.
