Akne sonrası gelişen bir anetoderma olgusu

Anetoderma sebebi bilinmeyen, dermal elastik doku miktarinda azalmayla karakterize kutanoz bir hastaliktir. Tipik olarak deride hafif bir herniasyon ve palpasyonla hastalikli deride gevseklik izlenir. Primer formu idiopatik olup sekonder formu inflamatuar, enfeksiyoz ve otoimmun hastaliklara bagli gelisebilir. Ailesel formlari da bildirilmistir. Nadir gorulmesi ve yuzun diger benzer lezyonlariyla karisabilmesi sebebiyle bu vakayi sunmayi uygun gorduk. Anetoderma is a cutaneous disease of unknown etiology, characterized by a decrease in the amount of dermal elastic tissue. Typically, a slight herniation of the skin and palpation of the diseased skin are observed. The primary form is idiopathic and may develop secondary to inflammatory, infectious and autoimmune diseases. Familial forms have also been reported. We present a case of anetoderma which developed after acne because of its rarity.
