Polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fibre membrane of in-situ pore-forming agent and preparation method therefor

2015
A polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fibre membrane and a preparation method therefor. The raw material composition of the polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fibre membrane is as follows: 30%-50% of a polyvinylidene resin; on the basis of the amount of inorganic salts, 40%-60% of an organosol-formed inorganic molecular solution in situ pore-forming agent; and 5%-20% of an organic diluent. In the preparation, the organosol-formed inorganic molecular solution in-situ pore-forming agent is first prepared; the organosol-formed inorganic molecular solution in-situ pore-forming agent is mixed with a resin of a high molecular polymer and the organic diluent to obtain a material A, followed by squeezing and extruding via a mould after to obtain hollow fibres, and the fibres are then online stretched by 2-3 times, so as to obtain hollow filaments; the hollow filaments are extracted with an organic solvent to remove all the organic matters, and then inorganic matters dispersed in the hollow filaments are removed by an acid or alkali solution, so as to form a porous membrane; and the porous membrane are cleaned, followed by shaping and thermal processing, so as to obtain the polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fibre membrane of the in-situ pore-forming agent.
