The article addresses one of the issues of vital importance in the comprehensive training of students, the process of job training at different educational levels. The study carried out made it possible to deepen the efficiency of the development of students as a key element for the design of intervention strategies with greater possibilities from the formative, educational and pedagogical aspects. The contribution is related to the job training strategy, as a result of the appropriation of culture, under conditions of orientation and socio-labor interaction, based on the development of job qualities in students, given the conditions of the agencies and social agents of the education and the work of the educational institution. The results presented constitute a novel approach to the subject, based on the treatment of job training that allows students to act with a scientific and creative attitude towards life.
