A systematic evaluation was carried out in Chinese airlines about revenue management by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The researcher found out what should be improved and suggestions were given. Implementing revenue management in airlines should be human centric and focus on customer relationship management. Staff satisfaction and loyalty can produce customer satisfaction and loyalty, and revenue can be maximized in a long-term period.
