Thermoplastic elastomer composition, production method therefor, and elastomer molded body

A thermoplastic elastomer composition containing: at least one type of elastomer component selected from the group consisting of an elastomeric polymer (A) that has a glass-transition point of 25°C or less and has a side chain containing a hydrogen-bonding crosslinking site having a carbonyl-containing group and/or a nitrogen-containing heterocycle, and an elastomeric polymer (B) that has a glass-transition point of 25°C or less and contains, in a side chain, a hydrogen-bonding crosslinking site and a covalent-bonding crosslinking site; an organized clay that is included at a ratio of 20 parts by mass or less in relation to 100 parts by mass of the elastomer component(s); and a polymer (Z) that is a different polymer from the elastomeric polymers (A) and (B), has an SP value of 9.0 or greater, and has an SP value that exceeds the SP value of the elastomer component(s) by 0.5 or more.
