Steel-structured replacement pipe with sliding joint

2012
The invention relates to a steel pipeline for integrally replacing a prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) or combining pipelines. A steel-structured replacement pipe consists of a steel structure pipe (1), a limiting steel ring I (2), a sealing rubber ring I (3), a bellmouth component I (4), a stop block I (5), a bolt (6), a limiting steel ring II (7), a sealing rubber ring II (8), a bellmouth component II (9) and a stop block (10). By the steel-structured replacement pipe, the problem that socket welding type butting assembly is difficult to use because of a limited assembly space when a broken pipeline is integrally replaced or pipelines are combined is effectively solved; and furthermore, the assembly efficiency can be effectively improved, and the assembly difficulty is reduced.
