High-pressure small-displacement skid-mounted additive feeding device

A high-pressure small-displacement skid-mounted additive feeding device is applied to feeding additives in oilfield water injection wells. An outlet of an additive feeding tank is connected with an inlet of a metering pump via a pipeline, a Y-shaped filter is connected onto the pipeline between the additive feeding tank and the metering pump, an outlet of the metering pump is connected with a high-pressure pipe gathering port via a pipeline, pipelines arranged at the inlet and outlet ends of the metering pump are respectively connected with throttling gate valves, the pipeline at the outlet end of the metering pump is connected with a pressure gauge, three to twelve sub pipelines are connected onto a high-pressure manifold in parallel, and each sub pipeline is connected with a throttling gate valve and a flow meter. The high-pressure small-displacement skid-mounted additive feeding device has the advantages that a frequency conversion control cabinet and the high-precision flow meters accurately control injection flow, and the requirement of small-displacement additive feeding on high-pressure pipelines is met. In addition, the high-pressure small-displacement skid-mounted additive feeding device can be used for injecting liquid with viscosity within 800cp, and is applicable to injection on high-pressure pipelines in surfactant + polymer binary combination flooding recovery ratio increasing tests.
