Omega-7 fatty acid composition, method for producing composition by cultivating tribonema, and application of method

The invention discloses an omega-7 fatty acid composition taking tribonema obtained through heterotrophic cultivation and/or mixotrophic cultivation as a raw material, and a method for cultivating the tribonema by a heterotrophic cultivation and/or mixotrophic cultivation mode. In the omega-7 fatty acid composition, the omega-7 fatty acid content is 30 to 70 percent. The cultivation method relates to nutrition composition of a culture medium, the cultivation condition and the operating steps of the cultivation process. The invention also discloses application of the method to production of tribonema biomass, omega-7 fatty acid-enriched grease as well as products taking the biomass or the grease as the raw material.
