The possibility of application of the fluorescence analysis for operative estimation of quality of oil stock materials is considered at its processing and influence on it of various factors. The composition and structure of molecules at reorganisation of difficult oil systems influence the intensity and a relative position of lines in a spectrum of fluorescence of a product providing high sensitivity of the method. The spectra of fluorescence are fixed in reflection geometry exposing the object to radiation by the ultra-violet emission source with definite spectrum of radiation. The experimental device, realized on the basis of monochromator MUM, allows to register fluorescence in the spectral region from 350 to 800 nanometers. The absence of the source of radiation excitation (lamp SVD 120) in the region 450-540 nanometers makes it possible to register only fluorescence and low-level diffuse radiation. The signals in this spectral region processed taking into account spectral sensitivity of the receiver are allowed for various oil, black oil and tar. Relation of signals in the region of short and long waves shows the full composition of a sample. The analysis is made by the example of the sample with volume of 20 ml during of 3-5 minutes.
