Correlation analysis blood concentration of tacrolimus after renal transplantation in patients with glycated hemoglobin

Objective To study the relationship between tacrolimus(FK506) in blood plasma concentration and the concentration of HbA1c afer kidney transplant patients.Methods 27patients with tacrolimus more than 6months after kidney transplantation were selected.The blood tacrolimus concentration and the Percentage of glycated hemoglobin A1cunder the tacrolimus plasma concentration were measured and the relationship of them was analyzed.Results Percentage of glycated hemoglobin A1cunder the tacrolimus plasma concentration and Tacrolimus blood concentration was positive correlation,the correlation coefficient r=0.733,P0.01(N=27);two by linear regression F=29.051,P0.01(N=27).Conclusion Tacrolimus blood concentration should be carried out monitoring in kidney transplant patients,regularly glycated hemoglobin should be monitoring at the same time to reduce the damage to the body by elevated blood glucose.
