Display terminal and fall protection method

The invention discloses a display terminal. The display terminal comprises an induction ball arranged in the interior of the display terminal, a conduction ball, a controller and a protection device arranged at the frame of the display terminal. Multiple conduction columns are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the induction ball. A first end of each conduction column is connected with the inner wall of the induction ball. The conduction columns are provided with pressure sensors and face towards a second end of the induction ball and are located on the outer wall of a ball body having the same center as the induction ball. The conduction ball is arranged in the ball body and freely rolls in the ball body. The pressure sensors are used for acquiring pressure value borne by the conduction columns. The controller is used for starting the protection device to prevent a display of the display terminal from touching the ground when pressure value detected by the pressure sensors is within the pre-set range. The invention further discloses a fall prevention method. The display terminal is prevented from dropping down and service lifetime of the display terminal is prolonged.
