The invention discloses a metal and glass sealing structure of an alkali vapor pool. The metal and glass sealing structure comprises a threaded ring (1), a metal frame (2), a glass window piece (3) and a metal pipe (4), wherein wedge-shaped oblique surfaces are formed in the metal pipe (4). The metal frame (2) is squeezed by the threaded ring (1) under the normal-temperature and normal-pressure condition, so that the contact portion between a wedge-shaped check ring at one end of the metal frame (2) and the wedge-shaped oblique surfaces of the metal pipe (4) deforms inwards, the contact area and squeezing force between the metal frame (2), the glass window piece (3) and the metal pipe (4) are increased, and excellent sealing performance is achieved. Due to the fact that the metal frame (2), the glass window piece (3) and the metal pipe (4) are in close contact under the high-temperature and high-pressure condition, when the temperature of the vapor pool increases and decreases repeatedly from the room temperature to 200 DEG C, excellent sealing performance can be achieved through the sealing structure, and the sealing structure can bear at least five barometric pressures. According to the sealing structure, no sealing gasket is needed, chemical reactions between the alkali vapor and organic matter are avoided, and the structure is simple and easy to machine and obtain.
