Geoinformation Project as Complex Object Forecasting and Decision Making Tool in Intelligent Information and Management Systems

2020
This article presents certain aspects of the development of intelligent information management systems that simulate and automate the activity of complex technical objects. Given the spatially distributed nature of such objects, it is proposed to use geoinformation technology as an effective means of solving spatial problems. A method for creating geoinformation projects that allows taking into account such features of the subject area is described. In this article, the model of the geographic information project is presented in the form of a tuple, the components of which are: attribute data storage, cartographic base, user interface and functional set. The advantages of using the AutoCad environment are noted. The capabilities of the AutoCad platform for implementing all the components that make up the geographic information project using a specific example are described. It is proposed to supplement the geographic information project with a forecasting module. The synthesis of these elements will allow you to develop a decision support tool based on a predicted situation, providing management with accurate, relevant and reliable information.
