Multi-stage Planning Method for Distribution Network Considering Building Integrated Energy Station

2021
Climate change and urban development let to an increase in the demand for cooling and heating, the demand for electric loads increases and the peak-to-valley difference becomes more serious, which deteriorates the burden on the operation of the existing distribution network. In order to alleviate this phenomenon, the integrated energy station (IES) is used as a multi-energy flow coupling node to introduce integrated energy coordination and complementary functions, and thus propose a multi-stage planning method of distribution network under the flexible control of building IES with taking into account the development of load in different stages. Establishing a bi-level multi-stage distribution network planning model under multiple scenarios in different climate types, with aiming at the optimal investment and operating economy during the general planning period, and the decision objects are composed of lines, substations and building IES. The bi-level model achieves a collaborative solution through the association of decision variables. Finally, numerical result based on a 152-bus system verify the effectiveness of the distribution network planning method considering building IES and draw conclusions on the applicability of the proposed method.
