The invention discloses a modeling method of a single-phase bridge-type three-level rectifier, which comprises the following steps of: judging whether a control signal is input in an input side of the rectifier; if so, summarizing a relationship between output potentials of input points of a first bridge arm and a second bridge arm relative to a midpoint and AC side voltage output by the rectifier, a relationship among upper bridge arm current of the first bridge arm, upper bridge arm current of the second bridge arm and upper bridge arm current and a relationship among lower bridge current of the first bridge arm, lower bridge arm current of the second bridge arm and lower bridge arm current according to the signal control modes of the first bridge arm and the second bridge arm and a current direction of input current; and if not, comparing grid side voltage and the DC side intermediate voltage and summarizing a relationship between the AC side voltage and the DC side intermediate voltage of the rectifier and a relationship between the AC side current and the intermediate current of the rectifier according to the conduction situation of a diode. The modeling method disclosed by the invention is simple in implementation steps, small in calculated amount and convenient and rapid for modeling of the rectifier.
