Pilot line thermal imidization furnace

The invention discloses a pilot line thermal imidization furnace. The furnace comprises a yarn walking cavity and a plurality of thermal treatment cavities and is characterized in that: fiber yarns pass through the yarn walking cavity and the plurality of thermal treatment cavities respectively; both sides of each thermal treatment cavity are provided with yarn rolling wheels respectively; the inner wall of each thermal treatment cavity is an internal hearth which is supported by a support beam; the inner side of the inner hearth is provided with a vacuum molding heating ring plate; the middle part of each thermal treatment cavity is provided with an air inlet; and the two ends of each thermal treatment cavity are air outlets. In the pilot line thermal imidization furnace provided by the invention, temperature is controlled by an inlet single-loop intelligent temperature controller; the furnace has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy, high temperature stability and the like; and the equipment has relatively low overall energy consumption and is attractive and neat.
