Configuração e cultura organizacional, cooperação e inovação: análise de um modelo de equações estruturais em empresas fabricantes de equipamentos médicos

Understand  the organizational factors which stimulate the innovations’ development is a very interesting theme to researchers and companies. This knowledge allows the companies to keep competitive in the market. This work presents a model, built from factorial analyzes and structural equations, relating the variables structural and cultural organization aspects, cooperation and innovation. The result obtained from the proposed model using a sample of medical products’ manufacturer shows that organizational configuration and their culture are responsible for an environment which promotes interaction and cooperation between workers leading to innovations’ development.
