CONCEPÇÕES DE DOCENTES DE ENFERMAGEM SOBRE INTEGRALIDADE NURSING CONCEPTIONS OF TEACHERS ABOUT INTEGRALITY CONCEPCIONES DE DOCENTES DE ENFERMERÍA ACERCA DE LA INTEGRALIDAD

6 Trata-se de uma pesquisa de carater descritivo-exploratorio, com abordagem qualitativa, cujo objetivo e compreender o que os docentes de enfermagem entendem por integralidade. Os sujeitos do estudo foram sete docentes do curso de Enfermagem de uma instituicao privada de ensino superior localizada na Regiao Central do Rio Grande do Sul. A coleta de dados baseou-se na tecnica de grupo focal, para o tratamento dos dados, utilizou-se a analise de conteudo na modalidade tematica, da qual se obteve o seguinte grande tema: Construcao de integralidade, seguido do sub-tema: Processo continuo e dinâmico de construcao e desconstrucao. A partir dos resultados obtidos, foi possivel considerar que a integralidade e um tema em construcao, dinâmico, flexivel, passivel de novas reformulacoes, com base em vivencias e construcoes dos proprios sujeitos. Conclui-se que a discussao sobre integralidade envolve a complexidade do ser e fazer, visto que e um processo em construcao. It is a research of descriptive-exploratory character, with a qualitative approach, whose objective is to understand what the Nursing teachers see as integrality. The subjects of the study were seven teachers of a private higher education institution located in the Central Region of Rio Grande do Sul. The data collection was based in the focal group technique, whereby a content analysis technique in the theme modality was used for the data treatment, from which the great theme was obtained: Integrality construction, followed by the subtheme: Continuous process and construction and deconstruction. From the obtained results, it was possible to consider that integrality is a theme under construction, dynamics, it is flexible, passive of new reformulation, based on the experiences and constructions of the subjects themselves. It is concluded that the discussion about integrality encompasses the complexity of being and doing, once it is a process under construction.
