Side rod maneuvering test device

Provided is a side rod maneuvering test device. The side rod maneuvering test device comprises a side rod head, a core controller, a display and sweep signal panel, an angle control mechanism and a force control mechanism, wherein the side rod head is used for displaying or correcting maneuvering motion of a flight simulator side rod in real time; the core controller receives external input signals and processes and transmits internal output signals; the display and sweep signal panel is connected with the core controller and displays the output signals and sweep signals; the angle control mechanism is connected with the side rod head and the movement angle of the side rod head is controlled through the core controller; the force control mechanism is connected with the side rod head, and movement torque of the side rod head is controlled through the core controller. The core controller is connected to a flight control system of a flight simulator through an interface unit. The side rod maneuvering test device enables a coach to sense and correct manipulating details of a pilot; under the conditions of real-time monitoring and sensing of the pilot, the sweep signal can be injected to improve stability margin test data accuracy of a main-machine closed-loop system; and the pilot can be replaced to finish idle stroke assessment and longitudinal and horizontal coupling ratio assessment tests.
