The fabric comprises a warp system, a weft system and a stuffer warp system, and further comprises a slant yarn system of which the inclined angle in the lengthwise direction of the fabric (warp direction) is theta, a slant yarn system of which the inclined angle in the lengthwise direction of the fabric (warp direction) is plus theta, and a slant yarn system of which the inclined angle in the lengthwise direction of the fabric (warp direction) is minus theta, the inclined angle theta of the slant yarn and the distribution position of the slant yarn layer in the thickness direction of the fabric (normal direction) are adjustable, the in-plane anti-shearing performance of the fabric is improved, and meanwhile the fabric is characterized by having mechanical performance and capable of being designed. According to the weaving method of the fabric, on the basis of an existing angle-interlock fabric weaving technology, through the movement of a slant yarn spindle, the slant yarn is led into the fabric so that angle-interlock fabric containing the slant yarn can be formed, the technology is simple, and the operability is high.
