Clinical study of Ciprofloxacin suppository and Kangfu antiphlogistic suppository for bacterial cervical vaginitis

OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of Ciprofloxacin suppository and Kangfu Antiphlogistic Suppository for bacterial cervical vaginitis.METHODS From February 2007 to March 2010,the clinical data of 69 cases of bacterial cervical vaginitis treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,among which 36 cases underwent Ciprofloxacin suppository and Kangfu Antiphlogistic Suppository(Test Group),33 cases underwent Ciprofloxacin suppository(Control Group).RESULTS Compared with the control group(27.3%),the recovery rate in test group(55.6%) had statistically significant difference(χ2=3.21,P0.05).Compared with the control group(81.8%),the effective rate in test group(97.2%) had statistically significant difference(χ2=3.58,P0.05).No obvious side effects were observed.CONCLUSION Ciprofloxacin suppository and Kangfu Antiphlogistic Suppository was a kind of safety and effectively methods for the treatment of bacterial cervical vaginitis.
