Analysis on the Main Safety Problems of Treatment and Storage Systems of High-Level Liquid Wastes in Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing Plant

As a safe, clean, economical energy, nuclear energy has been widely recognized and accepted around the world. In order to ensure the sustainable development of nuclear energy, we must establish a complete nuclear fuel cycle system to adapt to the development of nuclear energy. In order to improve the utilization of nuclear fuel resources, nuclear fuel reprocessing is insisted in China. Commissioning of pilot plant has been completed and it will be officially run. The large industrial-scale reprocessing facilities of different sizes are being planned to be built in China.
