Preparation method of light wall material

The invention discloses a preparation method of a light wall material, which comprises the followings steps of: step 1, uniformly stirring raw materials to obtain concrete, wherein the raw materials comprise coal ash, cement, ceramsite, water reducer, foaming agent and water; and step 2, putting a reinforcing steel bar net rack in a die for preparing the light wall material, uniformly distributing the stirred concrete into the die, maintaining through atmospheric steam after concrete vibrating, notching and core pulling, and maintaining through high temperature and high pressure after die removal to obtain the light wall material. The preparation method of the light wall material has low cost and simplicity in operation; and the prepared light wall material has low mass and good thermal insulation property.
