Complex-valued ghost cancellation reference

A new Ghost Cancellation Reference (GCR) signal has been proposed for TV broadcasting, the complex-valued GfJR (CVGCR). The CVGCR has many advantages compared to the BTA's GCR and the GCR of a Pseudo Random Sequence.
