The invention provides a microgrid coordinated control system based on various distributed power sources. A microgrid coordinated controller of the microgrid coordinated control system is respectively connected with a distributed power source terminal, a microgrid protection and monitoring device, an intelligent ammeter and a microgrid energy management system through the Ethernet; an electricity energy quality monitoring device is connected with the microgrid energy management system through an electricity energy quality monitoring main station; the microgrid coordinated controller monitors the distributed power sources in real time and sends monitoring information of the distributed power sources to the microgrid energy management system; the microgrid coordinated controller receives control commands sent by the microgrid energy management system and sends execution commands to the distributed power source terminal and the microgrid protection and monitoring device, and therefore optimized operation of a microgrid can be achieved. Compared with the prior art, the microgrid coordinated control system achieves maintenance-free operation and practicality of the microgrid switched in various distributed power sources.
