Current situation of quantification and classification management of health supervision in hotels in Fengrun District of Tangshan City

[Objective]To understand the implementation situation of quantification and classification management of health supervision of hotels in Fengrun District of Tangshan City,analyze the main problems,and provide reference for hygiene management in future.[Methods]According to the Score Table for Quantification and Classification of Health Supervision in Hotel Industry designed by the Ministry of Health,85 hotels in Fengrun District were investigated by field survey.[Results]Among hotels involved in the survey of quantification and classification management,49 hotels were regarded as Grade B of health credit degree,and the quantification rate was 57.65%.The items which had low coincidence rate were self inspection records,cleansing and disinfection procedures,public cosmetics and replacement record of passenger articles.[Conclusion]It is necessary to enhance health management in hotels,vigorously advance quantification and classification management,strengthen the power of supervision in the weak links,reinforce the training of health knowledge,encourage self discipline of hotels,and improve the hygienic quality,in order to ensure the health of the people.
