Outer steel tubes of the compound steel tube concrete column in joints are disconnected, and inner steel tubes are continuously connected from top to bottom; the inner walls of the outer steel tubes are welded with shearing-resistance studs, vertically connected reinforcing steel are inserted to the inner sides of the outer steel tubes with upper subsections and lower subsection, and hooping bars are bound on the vertically connected reinforcing steel to form a vertical reinforcing steel cage for restraining concrete in a node core area; reinforcing steel in the floor reinforced concrete members are continuously connected around the inner steel tubes in the node, and a reinforced concrete ring beam is poured outside the node core area; a plurality of annular stressed reinforcing steel and radiative ring beam hooping bars for fixing the annular stressed reinforcing steel are configured in the ring beam; and the concrete outside the inner steel tubes in the node and the ring beam concrete are integrated together so that the node has strong integrity and can reliably deliver the bending moment, the shearing force and the shaft force of the node. The compound steel tube concrete outer steel tube-disconnection ring beam node has the advantages of simple design, low manufacturing cost, convenient construction and good mechanical property and is suitable for mechanical production.
