Tubularchannelangularpressing�(TCAP)�isanewandnovelsevereplasticdeformation�(SPD)�techniquesuitableforfabricationof� bulknanograinedtubularmaterials.�ThereareseveralparametersintheTCAPprocess.�Thepresentpaperinvestigatestheeffectsofcur' vatureangles,�deformationratio�(maximumradiusduringTCAP/initialradius)�anddeformationdirectionontheplasticdeformationbe' havior,�strainhomogeneityandrequiredloadsinTCAPprocessing.�Theresultsshowedthathighercurvatureangles�( ψ1�and�ψ3)�leadsto� betterstrainhomogeneitywhilehavenothavinganysignificanteffectontheprocessloads.�Also,�atthesecondcurvatureangleof�90°,� thebestconditionisachievedwithgoodstrainhomogeneityandlowerloadrequirementsratherthanlowerangles.�Investigationofde' formationdirectionshowedthatinletdeformationdirectioncausestubethinningattheendoftheprocess,�andthus,�usingtheinletcaseis� notrecommended.��� �
