Process for preparing oral preparations of acid-unstable compounds

The oral medicine is prepared by reacting 1mole omeprazole and 1-10 mole cyclodextrin in one or more alkaline solution selected from sodium hydroxide, calium hydroxide, barium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, sodium salt or calium salt of boric acid, carbonic acid or phosphoric acid, sodium acetate, sodium citrate, amines such as dimethylamine, tributylamine, butylamine, ethylenediamine or dimethylamine or buffer solution such as carbonate buffer sol., phosphate buffer sol., amine salt buffer sol. or borate buffer sol. at 40-70 deg.C for 1-30 min.
