The invention relates to a low-temperature heat energy perpetual motion machine, which comprises a power generator, a steam turbine, a heat energy collector, an evaporator, a condenser, a compression absorption type heat pump and a dual-effect absorption heat pump, wherein the compression absorption type heat pump operates, and the energy of a low-temperature heat source is absorbed through the heat energy collector, so that the low-temperature heat source generates high-position heat energy, then, the heat energy is amplified and doubled by the driven dual-effect absorption type heat pump, the energy is fed into the evaporator to generate high-pressure gas entering the steam turbine for work application, and the steam turbine drives the power generator to generate electric power output. The low-pressure gas after the steam turbine work application enters the condenser through an exchange pump to be condensed into liquid, and the liquid enters the evaporator to be circulated through the exchange pump via the solution pump. Gas in the condenser returns the dual-effect absorption type heat pump to circulate through a pipeline. The low-temperature heat energy perpetual motion machine has the advantages that the relying of people on fossil fuel is lowered, cleanness, environment protection and emission reduction are realized, the globe warming is good inhibited to a certain degree, and the service life of human and the service life of the earth are prolonged.
