Study on dynamics simulation of interconnection structure of separated motherboard

The interconnection structure of separated motherboard was selected as the analysis object, whose finite element model was set up with ANSYS. The natural frequency and vibration modes were obtained through modal analysis. After random-vibration analysis, stress and strain were obtained. The results show that the first order natural frequency is 137.04 Hz; for the connection outside edges are stress concentration areas under random-vibration conditions and the maximum stress value is 1 770.000 kPa under the y excitation. According to the above analysis, the product structure design is obviously improved with the first order natural frequency of 107 510.00 Hz and the maximum stress value of 70.086 kPa.
