Воздействие параметров функциональной подготовленности на показатели двигательной активности студентов-первокурсников

First-year students attending the general physical education classes, oriented at different sports, master the basic techniques, to a greater or less extent, in the type of sports they have selected. The article proposes the considering of issue related to increasing the intensity of the process of adaptation with the help of improvement of dynamics regarding interconnection of indications of the functional and motor fitness. Necessity in development of the experimental methods is confirmed with the analysis of the special literature and pedagogic supervision for revealing the factors of low-level development of the respiratory function, influencing on the increase in fatigability at low level of calories expenditure. The presumed contribution to the concept of the physical activity standards consists in expanding our knowledge in the following areas: developing motor skills on the basis of function readiness and corresponding dynamics of the energy expenditure as well as young men and women’s adaptive capabilities which contribute to improvement of performance of their physical potential.
