The invention discloses a cooperative communication method based on full-space-time network coding. The method includes the steps each signal source node in N signal source nodes sends information needing to be spread to all relay nodes and all target nodes during time slot allocation; each relay node in the R relay nodes performs network coding on all the information received from the signal source nodes, and assists in forwarding the signals obtained through network coding to all the target nodes and the other relay nodes; target signal detection is performed on the signals received by the target nodes to obtain target signals. The invention further discloses a cooperative communication system based on full-space-time network coding. Compared with a traditional cooperative communication technology, the space-time network coding technology is adopted, cooperative work of the relay nodes is considered, and the forwarding sequence of the relay nodes is optimized according to the channel conditions between the signal source nodes and the relay nodes, so that the number of effective relay nodes is increased, and stability of the communication system is improved.
