Application of SYK as hepatic fibrosis/cirrhosis therapeutic target

The invention discloses an application of SYK as a hepatic fibrosis/cirrhosis therapeutic target. A test proves that expression of the SYK is increased during a hepatic fibrosis/cirrhosis process, wherein the hepatic fibrosis process is accelerated by promoting activation on hepatic stellate cells. By means of an SYK inhibitor or interference on the expression of the SYK gene, the hepatic fibrosis/cirrhosis process can be retarded effectively, thereby achieving excellent treatment effects.
