Soft tissue clamp

A soft tissue clamp. The soft tissue clamp comprises a clip (40), a conveying component (30), and an operation component (10). The clip comprises a pair of clip pieces (401, 402) and a stop member (404) for accommodating the clip pieces. The pair of clip pieces forms a clip piece connection portion by connecting bottom ends of the pair of clip pieces. After the pair of clip pieces is fully accommodated in the stop member, side edges of the pair of clip pieces rub against and are in contact with a cavity wall of the stop member, so that head portions of the clip pieces are fully closed, and the pair of clip pieces and the stop member are locked by means of an engagement mechanism. In use of the soft tissue clamp, the clip can be well released and can tightly grasp and hold a tissue, and the clip pieces can be well closed so that the tissue can fully grow and heal.
