Solid Organ Transplantation: Donors and Recipients in 21 Grams (2003)

For several years, finding good, credible films about solid organ transplantation resulted in the “some good parts” problem. A major contender historically has been John Q (2002), a pediatric ethics film about health disparities in solid organ transplantation. However, the film derails into an improbable subplot and “thriller” by its second half, leaving it as a “clips” film in which there are some good parts.
