Response to the Commentary “Advancing Medical Education Training in Adolescent Health”: In Reply

We appreciate the comments made by Hergenroeder et al regarding our commentary on advancing medical education in adolescent health1 and our report Adolescent Medicine at the Crossroads: A Review of Fellowship Training and Recommendations for Reform .2 The published commentary and the report are not companion documents. The Pediatrics commentary addressed potential strategies for improving residency and postresidency medical education training in adolescent health.
