Study of the laws of carbonous deposition on the surface of native zeolite with additives of CoO in methane conversion by the thermogravimetric method

The authors summarized data on the swelling of coals of the metamorphism series for a broad range of solvents (δ = 9-11 (cal cm −3 ) 1/2 ). A different dependence of the degree of swelling on the metamorphism was observed for extracted and unextracted coals. Swelling is attended by a change in the intermolecular order of the coals, their porosity, surface, and activity of the structural fragments. The swelling process increases the depth of conversion in a liquefaction process
