Nitrogen Oxide Metabolism in Embryos of Fast- and Slow-Growing Poultry Forms

It is shown that metabolism of nitrogen oxide and its derivatives in embryos of fast- and slow-growing forms of chickens, quail, and ostriches initially has a qualitative difference. The mechanism of this difference and possibility of its practical use are discussed.
