The invention discloses a remote quantum dot white light LED packaging device. The packaging device includes a carrier body and a blue light LED chip which is arranged on the carrier body. The blue light LED chip is coated with a fluorescent powder glue layer of which the outside is provided with one light transmittable substrate. The light transmittable substrate is coated on at least one surface with one red quantum point glue layer. The red quantum point glue layer and the fluorescent powder glue layer are not in contact. According to the invention, the packaging device, uses remotely arranged quantum points to coat the red quantum point glue layer to the light transmittable substrate which is arranged above the fluorescent powder glue layer. The fluorescent powder glue layer and the red quantum point layer are provided with air therebetween, which can greatly reduce the temperature of the red quantum point glue layer, such that the service life of the quantum points is prolonged.
