The Assumption of the Function Structure and Perfection of Probation of China

Probation,like a spoiled child,is regarded as one special punishment to criminals.However,the probation systems have not been really functional since the introduction of them and even until now.The reasons that lead to the current situation is very complicated,among which the ignorance and lack of deep research in the function of probation from the criminal justice organizations is a very important one.The purpose to study the realization of function of probation is to convert such function from the state of being supposed and possible to that of being actual and practical.
