A new electrochemical process : Synthesis of the preparation edyl

We study the influence of the electrolyse conditions on the yield of the THDP (1,1'-dimethyl-1,1',4,4'-tetrahydro-4,4'-dipyridyl), optimized the process, and showed the possibility of producing THDP with a high yield and a degree of MPC (1-methylpyridinium chloride) conversion over 90%. We present the results of experiments aimed at creating an industrial technology.
