Preparation of 2-substituted adenosine-3,5-cyclic phosphate

PURPOSE: To obtain the title compound readily in high yield, showing an antiallergic effect, a central nervous stimulation effect and an inhibitory effect of platelet aggregation, by the reaction of 1,N 6 -etheno-2-substituted-adenosine3',5'-cyclic phosphate with a halogenating agent.
