Discussion on construction coordination of general contracting unit

This paper analyzes the problems existed in construction coordination from the angles of technique and management,solves and treats them from recognizing the importance of coordination work,strengthening management and building scientific management mode,and proposes concrete measures and methods to strengthen coordinating management.
