Neuropathies liées au Thalidomide : bilan d'une étude prospective clinique et électromyographique

Peripheral neuropathies induced by thalidomide were appreciated in a prospective clinical and electromyographical survey in 29 patients. Neuropathy appeared in 11/29 patients and a decrease of 50 per cent of the amplitude of sensory action potential seems predictive. No relationship between cumulative dose regimen can be made.
