A atuação da equipe de enfermagem frente à prevenção de lesão por pressão na atenção primária: revisão sistemática da literatura

To analyze the scientific production on the performance of the nursing team in Primary Health Care in relation to the prevention of PPL. Systematic review carried out based on the guiding question “What has been published about the actions of the nursing team in the prevention of pressure injuries in the context of Primary Health Care?”. The databases consulted were LILACS, MEDLINE and SciELO. Three articles were eligible, delimited between the years 2008 to 2018. Of the 03 articles selected, one was published in 2013 and the others in 2016 and 2018. Regarding the origin of the studies, two were carried out in Brazil and one in Spain, one with a qualitative and descriptive approach and two with a cross-sectional design. All were classified as scientific evidence level IV. The contents covered in the studies were: the role of nursing in the prevention of LPP, the challenges and methods used in the promotion of LPP. The content evidenced in this study allowed us to conclude about the importance of discussing the prevention of PPL in order to contribute to improving the quality of health care, as well as the need for new studies, there is relevance of the topic and little scientific production in the area.
