Determinación de ibuprofeno asociado a nanoesferas de poli-e-caprolactona

A new method for the determination of ibuprofen, non-steroid anti-inflammatory agent, loaded to poly-e-caprolactone nanospheres was developed and validated by fluorescence spectroscopy. The method was demonstrated to be valid for, precision, accuracy and linearity, being the sensitivity, 7.89 10 - 6 mg/ml, adequate for these assays. Results obtained suggest that this analytical procedure is appropriate for the determination of ibuprofen on poly-e-caprolactone nanospheres.
