Design of Rectangular Dielectric Resonator Antenna by Utilizing Dielectrics having Low Loss and Small Loss for Bandwidth Enhancement

A design of rectangular dielectric resonator antenna (RDRA) involving dielectrics with low loss (tan δ 1-x Sr x TiO 3 (0.20 1-x Sn x O 3 (0.05 < x <0.15) which have small loss in the range of 0.09 to 0.2 may also be utilized in the development of RDRA with suitable designs for applications in X-Band (8-12 GHz) of microwave.
